Job Description
As a Safeguards Specialist (Social), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring social safeguard measures within project operations. Your role involves assessing the potential social impacts of projects and ensuring compliance with social safeguard policies and regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies for social risks, conduct social impact assessments, and provide guidance on best practices in stakeholder engagement.
