Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Officer to join our team at Inter-Coastal International Technologies Corporation. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
- Advise and lead employees on safety topics
- Prepare educational seminars regularly
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures
- Identify process bottlenecks and offer solutions
- Prepare accident and violation reports
- Oversee workplace repairs and installations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Safety Officer experience
- Knowledge of legislations and procedures
- Experience in writing health and safety policies
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Certificate in occupational health and safety
Job Type: Full-time
