Job Description
– Overseeing the HSE implementation and documentation on the construction site.
– Performing daily inspections.
– Providing recommendations, solutions, and corrective actions for incidents.
– Keeping training materials updated.
– Conducting safety orientation and training.
– Ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
– Monitoring personnel’s use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
– Requesting necessary PPE via email.
– Submitting reports:
– Daily safety reports and site observations.
– Planning and implementing safety programs.
– Conducting toolbox meetings and assisting the HSE committee.
– Investigating incidents and submitting reports.
– Submitting safety-related reports to DOLE.
– Overseeing overall construction site safety.
Certifications: COSH (Required), HIRAC training (Advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
