Job Description
1. Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and practices.
2. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with the project requirement.
3. Provide safety training to employees on topics such as emergency procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and hazardous material handling.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Collaborate with department managers to address safety concerns and develop solutions to improve workplace safety.
6. Maintain safety records, including incident reports, inspection findings, and training documentation.
7. Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness and foster a culture of safety among employees.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety.
9. Administer CPR, AED, and basic life support techniques as required.
10. Maintain first aid supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and readily accessible.
11. Document first aid interventions and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
12. Educate employees on basic first aid techniques and promote awareness of health and safety practices.
13. Coordinate emergency responders and medical professionals to ensure seamless transfer of care when necessary.
