Job Description
1. Establish, maintain and review the site strategy for the management of Occupational Health, Safety and Risk throughout the site and to monitor and report on its operation. This is to be carried out in consultation with the Management.
2. Will ensure that arrangements are in place to make the management, Heads, and Staff are aware of the legal obligations relating Occupational Health, Safety and Risk.
3. Establish a site risk management policy and necessary contingency plans to minimize the consequences of any foreseeable incident.
4. Establish the different specialized related teams (Crisis and Safety Committee, Fire Brigade, First Aid Teams, etc.) as required to respond to particular issues and develop training and make recommendations.
5. Provide necessary advice, guidance and support to all parts of the business on Occupational Health, Safety and Risk matters and monitor compliance with Company Policy and legal requirements.
