Job Description
We are currently hiring a Safety Supervisor with expertise in Water Construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure work environment for our team members and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for water construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Train employees and contractors on safety protocols and enforce compliance.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain records of safety incidents, near misses, and safety training.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure safety measures are integrated into the construction process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Safety Supervisor in water construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to water construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in occupational health and safety is preferred.
