Job Description
AVLS – Davao office urgently needs additional members of their Sales Team who will:
- Promote and sell AVLS products and services
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
- Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers
- Generate new sales opportunities and ensure business continuity
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and plans
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction and anticipate potential problems
- Communicate product performance and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements
- Observe official credit terms and manage outstanding accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Course or equivalent
- 2 years experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Experience in selling IT products and services (software and hardware)
- Experience in solution selling and systems integration
- Knowledge of government bidding and accreditation processes is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Result-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- 1 year of Account Management (Preferred)
- 1 year of Sales (Preferred)
