Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative I to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Account Representative I, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure a smooth handover of new accounts to the account management team.
  • Update management on market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
