Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships through effective communication and sales techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts for sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
