Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of BPO experience required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data for improvements and trends.
