Job Description
Basic function:
1. To help in completion of buyer’s documents and requirements
2. To support the sales team in achieving goals and target quota
3. To assist buyers and clients with their pag-ibig requirements.
Reports to:
1. Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Check the new CIF for encoding
2. Check and ensure Buyers have signed necessary documents
3. Verify buyer’s folder completeness
4. Inform buyers of any lacking requirements
5. Monitor folders for compliance
6. Consult with Sales Team on MSVS findings
7. Transmit forms and lists to Marketing Dept.
8. Receive documents from site sales office
Qualification requirements:
1. Education: BEED or any 4-year course
2. Experience: NA
3. Training: Customer Service (5 C)
4. Skills: Knowledgeable in customer relations
5. Others: Excellent work habits, flexibility in working hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
