Job Description
He/She shall be responsible for maintaining client accounts for the MFT Group of Companies (MFT). His/Her responsibilities include liaising between the MFT team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services. He/She should demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills and should be proactive in addressing the needs of the clients and managing the sales process from start to finish. He/She should also assist in increasing the sales of all brands under MFT.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan in coordination with the Business Unit Head (BUH).
- Manage client accounts
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Identify potential new clients
- Organize meetings with clients for requirements
- Monitor and report sales performance
- Suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance client experience
- Accomplish and report client’s sales weekly
- Coordinate and report to BUH on operational concerns, marketing, and
At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the F&B Industry is required.
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to increase customer engagement
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and GSuite
- Able to deliver reports
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
