Job Description
- Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales.
- Make sales quotations for clients.
- Provide administrative support to sales team.
- Perform customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries and customer’s feedback.
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy.
- Willing to be assigned at our Weichai account in Guerrero, Davao City.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or related position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate attention to detail and goal-oriented.
