Job Description
Healthy Basket is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Admin Assistant to support administrative and e‑commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, website). The role, based at Pasig Central Post Office, includes monitoring orders, coordinating with the warehouse, processing sales orders, invoices and delivery receipts, updating CRM and product listings, managing office and packing supplies, and preparing regular reports.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 1 year of administrative or e‑commerce experience is an advantage; proficient in MS Office; highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Compensation starts at Php695/day. Please indicate your expected salary in your application.
