Job Description
The Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This includes maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating sales activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in processing sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Ensure timely delivery of sales materials and follow up on customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Prior experience in sales administration is preferred.
