Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Admin Associate to join our team. As a Sales Admin Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our sales team and ensuring smooth operations in managing sales administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers and assist in addressing their inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and update sales records, including customer information and sales data.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales administration or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
