Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Admin to assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales-related documents and records, including sales contracts and invoices. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is organized, accurate, and up-to-date while communicating professionally with customers and sales team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of work experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
