Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Admin to assist our clients and sellers throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, customer service, and ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients and sellers with the entire sales process
- Handling documentation from start to finish
- Coordinating with various parties to facilitate smooth transactions
- Preparing agreements, contracts, and other required documents
- Experience with Pag-ibig housing loan processing is a plus
- Managing the permitting and processing of titles and licenses
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
