Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Vehicle Invoicing
- Coordinates with Dealers on Unit availability, concerns and issues.
- Updates and coordinates VPO Amendments to Dealers.
- Preparation and Issuances of Invoiced Units Report to dealers
- Maintain and updates Dealer’s Requirements for MMPC Operation.
- Monitors, record actual wholesale, and Vehicle Purchase Orders (VPO’s) arrival against actual allocation.
- Prepares and coordinates the Issuance of ISS and Price Advise
- Preparation and coordination of the Dealer’s Pre-Registration to MMPC.
- Preparation and update of Price Monitoring and Wholesale (Historical Data)
- Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
- Performs other tasks that mat be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate – Major in Marketing or Business Management
- Newly Graduate
- Good Communication & written Skills
- Excellent in MS Office
