Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. If you are goal-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a team player, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients for missing information
- Liaise with Logistics for timely deliveries
- Maintain sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate customer feedback internally
- Ensure sales targets are met
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience in Sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Understanding of sales metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with high dedication
- Ability to work under deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
