Job Description
Monitors, consolidates all sales orders from the sales representatives (excel then transfers into ifms) and from ODSI
Coordinates with Dispatch and Logistics on the stock availability and delivery schedules respectively and gets back to the Sales Reps on these
Allocates stocks if and when there is shortage
Receives payments and deposits these to Bank of Makiling, ensure that these are tallied/reconciled accordingly
Currently received payments from employees for e-sale (which ideally should be moved to accounting/finance)
Prepares sales reports
