Job Description
Responsible for providing on time and accurate invoice to customers for service and products sold.
Consolidate daily sales report.
Facilitate billings payment of purchased vehicles.
Maintain records of all sales documents related to daily transactions.
Prepare the sales invoice.
Ensure all charges are correct, checks are properly issued, cash pair are correct.
Submit reports per schedule.
Receive phone calls and coordinate with concerned associates to attend to customer’s needs.
Endorse all customer booking/appointment for visits.
