Job Description
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have solid prior experience in a similar role
- Possess knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage
- Possess an analytical mind as well as strong commercial acumen
- Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Job Description:
- Managing and maintaining systems and sales databases
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Designing sales incentives to drive business objectives
- Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Providing sales training and support to sales representatives
- Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations
