Job Description
- Answer customer queries on products, prices, availability, and payment terms.
- Provide estimates and price quotations, along with contract terms and payment schedule.
- Monitor and post daily collection and movement report, as well as other monthly reports required by the management.
- Accept, monitor, and safekeep/deposit daily cash collection.
- Assist in recruitment and expansion of the broker network.
- Endorse newly accredited brokers for a project knowledge seminar.
- Disseminate all announcements, new guidelines, and other memoranda affecting brokers’ various sales campaign activities.
- Arrange needs of brokers and sales agents, including but not limited to marketing collaterals, product price list, and coordination with shuttle operator for site tripping.
- Resolve client concerns as part of the after-sales support.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Salary: Php16,00.00 per month
