Job Description
Basic Function: The customer service representative shall function as a “one stop shop” for all inquiries, complaints, or concerns received from the customers, i.e., buyers, unit owners, clients.
Basic Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, requests, or complaints.
- Understand customers’ needs.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Basic Qualifications: College graduate of any business-related course.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate and Customer Service.
