Job Description
FTC GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP is seeking a motivated Sales Administration Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating buyer’s housing loan applications with accredited banks, ensuring completeness of documentation, and facilitating communication between buyers and banks.
Key responsibilities include endorsing loan applications, addressing any deficiencies, preparing necessary documents, and maintaining buyer’s profiles. We require a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in Consumer Lending or Home Loan departments of commercial banks, preferably with skills in Microsoft Office, and basic customer relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 13,00.00 – Php 15,00.00 per month
