Job Description
The Sales Administrative and Training Assistant supports sales onboarding process and various aspects of training, from program creation to market analysis and onboarding.
- Training Program Creation and Logistics
- Aid in the design and implementation of training program mechanics to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources to support learning objectives.
- Safekeep and organize training materials and tools.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct regular market scans to gather relevant information and insights.
- Consolidate market data to provide actionable recommendations for sales strategies and tactics.
- Onboarding and Support
- Conduct orientation sessions for new recruits within our in-house sales network.
- Assist in the onboarding process for both Independent Sales Network (ISN) and Broker Sales Network (BSN) sellers.
- Facilitate pre-accreditation seminars (PKS) for brokers and orientation sessions for new ISN recruits.
- Data Analysis and Management
- Perform first-level analysis on collected data to extract meaningful insights.
- Maintain custodianship of training materials and tools, ensuring accessibility and organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales training or related roles preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
