Job Description

The Sales Administrative and Training Assistant supports sales onboarding process and various aspects of training, from program creation to market analysis and onboarding.

  • Training Program Creation and Logistics
  • Aid in the design and implementation of training program mechanics to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources to support learning objectives.
  • Safekeep and organize training materials and tools.
  • Market Analysis
  • Conduct regular market scans to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Consolidate market data to provide actionable recommendations for sales strategies and tactics.
  • Onboarding and Support
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new recruits within our in-house sales network.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for both Independent Sales Network (ISN) and Broker Sales Network (BSN) sellers.
  • Facilitate pre-accreditation seminars (PKS) for brokers and orientation sessions for new ISN recruits.
  • Data Analysis and Management
  • Perform first-level analysis on collected data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Maintain custodianship of training materials and tools, ensuring accessibility and organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales training or related roles preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
