Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and manage the sales team’s calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage sales documents and maintain a database of customer information
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales administration is a plus
