Job Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. You will be working as part of a team based in San Fernando, Pampanga for GroundUp Corporation, an Australian company.

You will be working for an Australian photocopier company and help customers with their meter reads, toner alerts, product queries, and provide support to sales representatives.

To ensure success, a Sales Administrative Assistant should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills.

Qualifications:

  • Accurate and efficient high volume data entry skills and customer service including basic math.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills. You will be working with a team in Australia, so you should be confident and able to converse with people there.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be super organized, with exceptional planning, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
  • Experience working in a BPO setting for an Australian company will be an advantage.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • You will be expected to volunteer with our local charity quarterly or as scheduled.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
