Job Description
Responsibilities
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Accurately encode and maintain records of sales-related information.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Communication with Billing Department:
Collaborate with the billing department for accurate and timely invoicing.
Documentation:
Prepare sales documentation such as contracts and agreements.
Administrative Tasks:
Support sales department with various administrative duties.
Monthly Reporting:
Prepare internal and external monthly reports on sales performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Expected Start Date: 09/06/2024
