Job Description
- Prepares quotations, orders, and requests from clients
- Maintains visible records of quotes and orders for easy access
- Attains walk-in clients’ queries regarding products/services offered
- Assists in the preparations of bidding docs
- Maintains computerized and hard copy of customer records
- Monitors stock levels of office supplies and other consumables, making necessary requests
