Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Agent (Chat Support). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support through various chat platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information via chat
- Generating sales leads and nurturing customer relationships
- Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborating with other team members to optimize sales strategies and reach targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English
