Job Description
Position Title: Sales Agent
Salary Grade: 25,00 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
- Display polite and professional communication via phone, email, and/or chat
- Manage support inquiries by clarifying customers’ requests
- Recommend potential solutions to problems
- Read from scripts and adhere to protocols to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively with end users to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
- Handle phone calls and provide sales and service support Confidentiality
- Answer questions, analyze problems, and quickly form solutions to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree holder in any field is required
- Working knowledge of either auto sales, parts, makes, and/or models is required
- Prior experience of 1-2 years of sales and/or service is required
- Prior experience with the Automotive Industry is required
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good time management and task management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Attention to detail
