QUALIFICATIONS:

✅College level/Senior High Graduate/Vocation graduate are welcome to apply.

✅At least 1 year of related work experience

✅Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.

✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

✅Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.

✅Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;

✅Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures;

✅Release loan proceeds to borrowers;

✅Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments;

✅Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts;

✅Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies;

✅Analyze the market’s potential

✅Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed

✅Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed

Job Type: Full-time
