Job Description
- Receiving and processing orders from sales
- Verifying orders and payment details from the sales team and clients
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Provides support in travel arrangements and appointments
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls, emails and such
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- In charge with monitoring and recording expenditures
