Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Head in daily tasks and matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Find potential customers and projects through various channels.
- Initiate customer visits, prepare proposals, and engage in negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support customers with project needs and inquiries.
- Seek new projects and markets to meet sales targets.
- Represent the company effectively with in-depth knowledge of offerings.
- Analyze market conditions, including price, competition, and demand.
- Maximize sales by understanding client needs and fostering strong relationships.
- Use digital marketing and social media to enhance brand visibility.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales, and market insights.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the construction industry.
- Must be a resident of Metro Manila, primarily Quezon City.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Canva.
- Capable of performing both fieldwork and office work; the office is located in Quezon City.
Compensation package:
- Commission for each successfully closed project.
- Monthly allowances for transportation and food.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
