Job Description
Molave Trading Inc. is looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales team. This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and assist with travel arrangements.
- Maintain sales records and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and proposals.
- Handle customer calls and inquiries.
- Process sales paperwork and manage customer orders.
Skills & Qualifications: Organized, strong communicator, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Experience: Prior experience in administration or sales support is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time. Location: In person.
