Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and emails.
- Make travel arrangements and confirm appointments for the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Maintain, develop and update a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Act as a liaison officer between the Sales and Marketing Manager and the customer.
- Ensure that customer feedback is gathered.
- Prepare the necessary documentation as required by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
- Prepare inquiry and order slip for customers.
- Prepare a customer information sheet for new customers.
- Prepare necessary quotations as required by the customer.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Follow up results of on-going/pending inquiries and quotations that require daily updates from customers.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
