Job Description
Role and Job Description:
– Selling wholesale to potential customers and closing new clients regularly
– Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to keep high customer satisfaction and nurture-account growth
– Identifying new business opportunities for sales and customers base growth
– Understanding the client’s business needs and providing feedback and recommendations to management to meet those needs.
– Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
– Coordinating with management and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
– Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
– Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics such as customer base growth, sales, and customer retention.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills (verbal / written)
– Results-driven and empathetic
– Know how to negotiate and sell solutions to business owners.
– Can communicate and build good relationships with business owners/POCs.
– Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales, field account sales key account or account management
– Willing to be deployed at BGC
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
