Job Description
Our hotel, Sotogrande Davao Hotel, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort setting
- Fresh graduates of business-related courses are encouraged to apply
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, honest, trustworthy, and result-oriented
- Strong objection handling skills and affinity for numbers
- Fast learner with analytical thinking in the hotel industry
- Proven ability in acquiring new business and relationship building
- Demonstrated drive, commitment, courage, and resilience
- Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any business course
- Pleasant personality, multitasking ability, and courteous hospitality
