Job Description
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Brand Management) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in bakery, retail, or FMCG sectors, is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day Sales and Marketing Operations Department.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Operations Managers to implement sales plans.
- Develop marketing collateral and sales materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
