Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties.
- Create promos campaigns and execute activations to draw in prospective buyers.
- Provide sales team with product knowledge and conduct orientation and training.
- Organize and conduct open houses and other sales activities to showcase the properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all promotions, activations, and sales activities are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective buyers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
