Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and ensuring sales team meets quotas.
- Researching marketing opportunities, understanding consumer needs, and suggesting improvements.
- Gathering market data, drafting reports, implementing sales plans, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
