Job Description
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, etc.).
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Ensure safety & cleanliness of the work environment.
- Follow proper waste disposal.
- Check the working area for potential job hazards.
- Report identified hazards to responsible personnel for appropriate action.
- Observe the principles of 5S.
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
