Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for surpassing targets.
- Lead and train sales teams to enhance performance and achieve goals.
- Monitor sales metrics for team performance tracking.
- Identify new sales opportunities through diverse channels.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales and marketing within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of motorsports, automotive products, market dynamics, and customer behaviors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to travel as required for customer visits, industry events, and conferences.
