Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Admin Assistant, Sales, or Office Admin Assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Has the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Has experience in Government bidding is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Creating and analyzing reports as needed in business and projects.
• Organizing and preparing minutes for meetings.
• Assist in the processing of various permits.
• Other tasks that are assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. In charge of administrative tasks of the Sales Department such as but not limited to:

a. Preparing costing for account profit analysis

b. Preparing and submitting bidding documents

c. Preparing and submitting accreditation documents

d. Monitoring of contract compliances and documentary compliances

2. Filing and documentation:

a. Filing of documentary compliances such as licenses and permits

b. Letter drafting and documentation

c. Data consolidation

3. Other administrative tasks

4. Liaison to other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
