Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and operations? We are currently seeking a Sales and Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, cultivate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and providing insights to upper management.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business operations. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory role is also highly desirable.
