Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales and Retail Associates.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Senior High School graduate (not currently enrolled).
- Conversant in English; BPO experience is a plus.
- Filipino Citizen; aged 18 and above.
- Salary negotiable.
