Bachelor’s Degree graduate with any 4 years course
With 2 years experienced in RETAIL COMPANY
Experienced in Handling/Supervising people, Cashiering (POS, Cash card) and Sales Report, Inventory
Willing to travel/visit branches in VANS Centrio CDO, Robinsons Butuan, Abreeza Davao, Gaisano Davao, Zamboanga
JOB TITLE: Sales Area Supervisor
ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE:
Department/Section: Sales Department
Reports to: Assistant Sales Manager
Supervises: Sales Associate/Store Supervisor/Store Manager
- BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for monitoring the smooth flow of the area assignment, coordinating stock concerns, ensuring sales targets are met.
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operation of the Area Assignment
- Coordinate inventory replenishment
- Ensure sales targets are achieved
- Communicate store concerns to relevant parties
- Manage price mark up and markdown
- Monitor sales performance and conduct appraisals
- Supervise store operations and staff training
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
