Job Description
1. Assist the Project Sales Head in all phases of his/her work.
2. Assist the Sales Department to manage quotas.
3. Schedule meetings and prepare presentations.
4. Assist Brokers in their selling activities and coordinate brokers’ visits to develop relationships and promote sales with the Project Sales Head.
5. Participate in the regular Brokers’ meeting with the Project Sales Head.
6. Assist the sales division in preparing for sales events and conferences.
7. Assist, arrange and participate in sales activities such as open houses, awarding ceremony and project launch and disseminates them to the Sales Group.
8. Responsible for preparing, disseminating and recording relevant information, memoranda, correspondence and reports to concerned Sales Group.
9. Assist the various Sales Group in their selling activities’ requirements.
10. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
